Selected candidates attend a regional training session covering party vision, registration tools, DPA compliance, and reporting.

Deploy

You're assigned to your county/ward and begin work. Weekly check-ins via WhatsApp with your Regional Admin.

Requirements

Who Should Apply

We welcome Kenyans from all backgrounds. Priority given to residents of the target county or ward.

All Roles — Must Have

  • Kenyan citizen with valid National ID
  • Registered voter (any county)
  • Not a registered member of another political party
  • Willing to sign CCU membership form
  • Commitment for the full 99-day contract
  • Basic literacy in English or Kiswahili

Coordinators — Preferred

  • Resident of the target county/constituency
  • Previous experience in community mobilisation
  • Smartphone with active data/WhatsApp
  • Ability to attend weekly virtual check-ins
  • Knowledge of target area geography and leaders
  • Ability to ride or access a boda-boda is a plus

Field Agents — Tools

  • Access to a phone (feature phone is sufficient for *509#)
  • Willingness to attend a 1-day training session
  • Ability to work independently in your village/ward
  • PWD applicants strongly encouraged
  • Youth (18–35) and women applicants prioritised

ICT / Admin — Skills

  • Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Can send professional emails and WhatsApp updates
  • Basic data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Regional Admin: office presence required
  • Data volunteer: remote, flexible hours
