By registering as a member of Chama Cha Ujenzi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Membership of Chama Cha Ujenzi is open to any Kenyan citizen who meets all of the following conditions:
Dual party membership is prohibited under the Political Parties Act (Cap. 7E). If you are currently a member of another party, you must formally resign through the ORPP IPPMS Self-Service Portal before joining Chama Cha Ujenzi.
By submitting the membership registration form, you confirm and warrant that:
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in the membership registration form is a violation of these Terms and may result in cancellation of membership. It may also constitute a criminal offence under the Penal Code and the Political Parties Act.
By registering, you expressly consent to Chama Cha Ujenzi collecting and processing your personal data for the following purposes:

Chama Cha Ujenzi reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in the following circumstances:
Any disciplinary action will be conducted in accordance with the party constitution and the principles of natural justice, including the right to be heard.

All content on ujenzi.ke — including text, logos, images, and design — is the intellectual property of Chama Cha Ujenzi and may not be reproduced without permission.
Membership registration data collected through ujenzi.ke will be processed and submitted to the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) as required by the Political Parties Act for the purpose of achieving full party registration. By registering, you acknowledge and consent to this mandatory regulatory submission.
You can verify your party registration status at any time via the ORPP IPPMS Self-Service Portal.
Chama Cha Ujenzi provides the ujenzi.ke website and membership services on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and security, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website beyond what is required by applicable Kenyan law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
Chama Cha Ujenzi may amend these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to members and published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued membership or use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
